Yeah... Sorry, but that's a prank. Hell, the guy who originally posted the so-called ad said so himself:
Sonic Stadium YouTube Sonic Show YouTube Projects. Summer of Sonic Sounds of TSS 2015 Sounds of TSS 2014 TSS Music Adventure 2012 TSS Music Adventure 2012 TSS Music Album 2011 TSS Legacy More. Forums Status Updates Online Users Calendar Leaderboard Guidelines Staff More.
Wow, I didn’t expect a lot of people to be either mad or react suddenly to this. I just did this as a prank but I see a lot of people are not happy about this. This was only meant as a prank but then again, it was pretty dickish. Unless you know already, I’m aware of the original cover by Tracy Yardley that was meant to be for issue 295 and I simply colored it and passed it off as a final one. I apologize for any confusion and for raising false hope on all who thought this was legitamate. I deserve any backlash and loss of trust in myself for this.. I’m just a little mad that the comic series has no news for a good while about its status and that Archie has made no official confirmation to disclose its cancellation, whether it will happen or not. I’m simply a fan of the series and no more.
I’m sorry everyone.
For the record, this is the guy's original post:
Anyone else saw this at the Archie Comics website?!?!Is that also a new issue cover I see?!
(The advertisement’s gone now… It only last so long but it’s gone now. Everytime I clicked it, it sent me to an empty page. Super weird ono )

Which RELs have this 2 driver arrangement and do all Stadium Ones have 2?
I have read on this forum that REL Stadium subwoofers use a single bass driver. I have always thought that early (original) stadiums use 2 double magnet 25cm units stacked on top of each other in a push/pull arrangement.
Does anyone know when they changed to a single unit and was it when they changed to the roll edge cabinet.
I have owned mine since 1993 and have loved its deep bass performance and wonder if switching to a single driver is the case, and whether it was done for sonic performance or may I suggest (Ahmm) it was done to cut manufacturing costs.
The drivers say they are Rel 25CM002, are these volt driver?

That looks more like isobaric or some variation than 'push/pull'. Hard to say for sure from the single shot though. Does anyone know when they changed to a single unit and was it when they changed to the roll edge cabinet.

I've put a second up, but the wires are very short and go through a small hole. Tom V.

'Push/pull' is a term most often used to suggest one of two scenarios. 1) you have two drivers mounted on exterior baffles of the enclosure. One driver mounted inverted, one not. Here is an example
One driver cone 'PUSHES' away from the magnet/motor while the other cone 'PULLS' toward the magnet/motor.
2)Dual opposed subs like the Seaton subm are sometimes referred to as 'push pull' although it is more correct to call them 'push push' in reality as both cones move 'out/away from motor' at the same time.
Your design looks more like this(or a variation of).

You can google 'isobaric sub' and see the pros and cons.
