You may use the below steps and check -
a. Open Screen Resolution by clicking theStart button, clickingControl Panel, and then, underAppearance and Personalization, clickingAdjust screen resolution.
b. Click the drop-down list next to multiple displays, clickExtend these displays, and then click OK.

Most LG monitors are Plug’n’Play which signifies they do not require any driver! Should your LG monitor defy conventional native resolution such as LG UltraWide models, some boasting 2560 x 1080p resolution, others 3440 x 1440p, all offered in 21:9 aspect ratio, driver updates will be required from time to time to allow proper. Disconnected both HDMI cables, connected the DVI cable to monitor 1 and a HDMI cable to monitor 2. At first nothing happened. I went to control panel, typed in Troubleshooting in the search bar, clicked on Troubleshooting on the top of the newly populated screen, chose Hardware and Sound from the new screen, then clicked on Hardware and Devices.
If you don't see an option namedmultiple displays in your display settings, thenWindows isn't detecting a second monitor plugged into your desktop computer. Or, it is not detecting an external monitor plugged into your laptop. WhenWindows detects this monitor, it will appear in the drop-down list next toDisplay. If you don't see it listed there, try clickingDetect.
Make sure the monitor you want to extend your desktop to is turned on and plugged into the correct video port on your computer. You might also need to select the correct source labeled on your monitor's controls to ensure the monitor is using the correct video port.
